According to Fox News an eighth grade textbook has a section about Barack Obama.  The school states that they decided to adopt the book because the school has a 50% black population.  What about the other 50%?  The publisher tried to say that at the time the book was put together Barack was not a Presidential candidate.  But why Barack Obama?  If he wasn't even a candidate why not choose another African American?  Perhaps have a section on Condalisa Rice, not only a successful black government official, but a black female who has had great success in the political world today.  The school district states that they will continue to use the text for the eighth graders despite parental opposition. 

 

Do we really know enough about Barack Obama to place him in a textbook and hold him up to the ideals of a great role model?  What about his admitted drug use, is that in the text?  His ties to 'Unrepentant Terrorist', Bill Ayers?  Shady dealings with Rezko?  Crazy racist Rev. Wright?  Socialist views?  Voter registration ties to ACORN? 

 

Parents need to pay attention.  The Leftists are trying to impose their views on our impressionable youth of today.  It is fast becoming a Kindergarten Coup d'etat...
